- FOUND HUNTSVILLE, AL: Two small dogs came to my home today..tired, hot and thirsty. I cared for them and have them contained in a large wire dog kennel for rest until I locate the owners or shelter. they are in air conditioning and seem to be calm. - FOUND HUNTSVILLE-MADISON-HARVEST, AL area: Recently, a beautiful long haired cat found us. We have never seen it in the neighborhood before the tornados. It (can’t tell if its male or female) is very friendly. Hair is an unusual color, eyes are very green. Looks like it had to be an indoor kitty because it has no front claws. Had no collar. Found our house in subdivision off Jeff Rd. between hwy 72 and Capshaw/Old Monrovia. If you are missing your cat, and this sounds like “him” then e-mail thartway@knology.net
